Opened by celebrity British chef Steve Saunders, (a favourite of the late Princess Diana) this restaurant in Marbella East offers fine dining in a boutique environment. Guests can choose between the a la carte menu based on fresh, seasonal produce, or the five or seven course tasting menu that also offers wine pairings should guests want them. It is only open in the evenings, and diners can expect Michelin quality cuisine in a less formal setting. Since the restaurant only has 25 covers available, guests can expect a highly personal service in an intimate setting. The Head Chef worked with Michelin-starred Michael Deanes at Deanes in Belfast and brings a youthful zest to the cooking under Saunders’ executive leadership, making for a diverse and adventurous menu that still retains Saunders’ signature style, including Princess Dian’s favourite dish – Crispy Duck Salad.
