The well-established Ibiza brand recently arrived at the Puente Romano resort and has already established itself in the top league due to its casual chic style, the quality of the sun beds and service, plus the exquisite menu created by French chef Jèrome Palayer, which includes Lobster Risotto, seared tuna fresh from the wood fire grill, sea bass cooked in sea salt crust and Nebraska entrecôte. Guests have the option of dining in comfort at its indoor restaurant, or being served at their sun bed or in the shade of a safari-style tent.
