Vovem Asador

Located in central Nueva Andalucia, and with a sister venue on marbella’s Paseo Marítimo, it is considered one of the finest grills in the Marbella area and offers ten varieties of beef, including the much-prized black Wagyu. Its approach is founded on ensuring the proper maturation of the meat so that diners experience it at its best, and it also offers tapas and a wide range of sharing dishes, including fish-based ones, which guests can enjoy on the restaurant’s spectacular terrace. It is unsuitable for vegetarians or vegans, unless they simply want to enjoy a cocktail at Vovem’s Bar Lounge.
