Trattoria L’impronta

This elegant Italian restaurant is in the beachside area of Nueva Alcántara, a part of San Pedro de Alcántara. The name is synonymous with that of Paolo Ghirelli who opened an Italian restaurant in 1968 in Marbella and was the first to serve fresh pasta dishes here. L’Impronta opened in 2011 and has been a success ever since. The modern interior is open and airy, with contemporary art hanging on the walls. The Head Chef, Francisco Vacas, had produced a menu that focuses on his speciality – traditional fresh pasta –all of it handmade. One of his popular signature dishes is the Lobster Ravioli with crayfish sauce, and another is Ravioli with mushrooms and truffle. L’Impronta is open every day for lunch and dinner, and making a reservation is recommended due to its popularity.
