Rio Real Golf

Situated on the eastern side of Marbella, Rio Real is a masterpiece of design work from Jose Arana. It opened in 1965 and has hosted a number of prestigious competitions. The course sits in a gentle, sloping valley with the Rio Real river running through it, giving this sometimes challenging 72-par course a feeling of coolness that is enhanced by a wealth of trees providing shade on the hottest days.
