Paco Jimenez

Located in Plaza de los Naranjos, the square at the centre of Marbella’s Old Town, chef Paco Jimenez started exploring his passion for cooking in the Seventies and after learning from several famous chefs he opened his landmark Marbella restaurant. The menu is stylishly classical and naturally includes a number of Spain’s greatest traditional dishes as well as more modern versions of dishes known throughout Europe. Both fish and meat eaters will enjoy the menu, although please note that this is not a suitable venue to take vegetarians or vegans.
