While the hotel does not appear to have special facilities for children, although children are most welcome, it does offer a special service for dog owners who wish to travel with their pets. Room amenities provided include food and drinking bowl, pet bed, toys, treats and more.

Los Monteros offers a range of Double Rooms, as well as Suites and five types of VIP Suites, with the ultimate level being the Royal Suite, which can accommodate four adults.
